Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lava Beads Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns and refunds policy exists alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your consumer guarantee rights. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number before sending the item back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or bank account). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used with essential oils cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund. This applies to lava beads, bracelets, and other porous items that have been treated with oils.
