Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $15 AUD. Orders under $15 are shipped at a flat rate of $6.95 AUD.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:

Within Australia: Metro areas: 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lava Beads Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
