How to Use
Hold the mala in your right hand, starting at the bead next to the guru bead (the larger centre bead). Move one bead per mantra or breath cycle, working your way around all 108 beads. The mala can also be worn wrapped around the wrist as a 4–5 layer bracelet for daily mindfulness.
